  I have been with JSC for over 20 years. Love this bank, never had a problem with them. I hope they never lose that personable quality. If they go automated I will be UPSET to say the least.

  Moved here from WA state a few months ago so I needed to find a new Credit Union for my local banking needs. Glenda was very helpful in getting my new account set up and transferring my money from my old credit union. The tellers are very pleasant to deal with as well. Great credit union services!!

  great credit union but very disappointed they moved away from UTMB - from downtown Galveston to Central Blvd, near the Seawall & 61st. I rarely go that far across the island. AND there is no drive through! I will be considering moving to a more locate credit union. I know it is not that far but it is when the island is heavily populated, traffic is crazy esp. during the summer. I joined for the convenience not it is not so convenient.

  I accidentally clicked a button on eBay that made this bank the one that was billed instead of the bank that I had intended and was charged overdraft fees for the few days that I was billed by PayPal and when I presented my case to JSCFCU to try to get them to remove at least some of the fees, they refused. They wanted almost $400 in fees that were due to a complete accident.
