John Johnson1I just open up a bank account there and they can't give you any kind of paper on my account what bank does this and you tell them what you need it for and I think about closing my account with them because I'm losing my chance to get help and they're not going to help you it's going to come from the main branch why are y'all there for I'm closing my account

Gia R1THIS IS BYYYY FAR THE WORST BANK I HAVE EVER HAD TO DEAL WITH . Let’s start off by saying , if you trying to deposit a check through there app and they don’t recognize the check you have to wait a whole 7 days if not longer . I received my check on 11/5/2021 and I still haven’t received it yet . As soon as my check comes through I am closing out this account because they are the worst . Customer service is rude . And they charge if you don’t keep a minimum of 100 in the bank . They done lost they rabbit a** minds!!!!!!!!! I HATE EVERYTHING TO DO WITH THIS BANK

Destiny Smith1The quality of customer service here as a whole is awful. They can't tell you anything. Then have you call someone that "can" issue here is you then have to wait on the phone for an upwards of two hours. I will be changing banks after the holidays. I'm tired of the issues.

911 Pest Patrol5Been with them a bit for business and personal accounts tellers are always professional and courteous. The 2 female tellers are very attentive and friendly. i drive out my way to go this branch when needed worth the drive . Keep up the great work !

Candy Henderson1They charged me $45 because a wire did not go through, claimed it was the other bank, who charged it. Other bank has no such thing, and needs proof of the charge to refund it. 1st National cannot provide proof of the charge, but refuses to give my money back!!!!! Dont do business with them….nothing but lies and problems!!

stooba lemdon1There is fee for everything. Fee for incoming wire transfers, monthly maintenance fees for keeping less than $100, fee for this, fee for that. If you close your account within first 3 months (after you find out this bank has a 0 convenience factor) they charge a $25 close fee. Bank is robbing to stay alive. NOT customer centric. You cannot make mobile deposits either until your account has been open for a while. This bank’s negative 👎 traits outweigh the benefits. I wanted to support local and it’s nice to have a friendly local bank but not one that takes takes takes from its customers. ALSO 0 originality for having a name so close to Texas First Bank. I think I’ll switch to Texas First. This bank is awful and they don’t have a coin counter either because apparently money isn’t money

Steve Yawn1Absolute 0 rating had to wait 90 minutes to get the status of my loan over the phone. You cannot speak to a loan officer in person. Just a horrible bank , the worst I ve ever seen..

Zantwain Alex2I have been with the bank for 14 months. Their perks are VERY MINIMAL. NO EARLY DIRECT DEPOSIT, if anything you will be waiting until the next day for a deposit to happen. They're customer service is horrible. Just a bad choice of banks.

I witnessed Jackie "Branch Manager" speak to our employees in a very rude way.because of a check, i asked to be put on the phone with her and her tone was very high and rude. i asked her multiple times to calm down and to lower her voice because she would not let me explain to her that the checks were already cashed. She def needs some help with her people skills.
