  I was referred to Welcome Home Finance by a family member. I recently started working with Ian as a first time home buyer. When he pulled my credit report, he found a false hit to my credit I would've never known about, which directly effects my ability to finance/buy a home.   I initially went through a loan company to purchase my home. The loan officer I had was nice and responsive, however secretly tried to add an extra $3,000 for her commision into my closing costs. My realtor suggested I go through Michael Hess at Welcome Home Finance, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. He was professional, easy to talk to, and explained the steps and what was currently going on. Christina Mattis was also wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. If you are looking to purchase a home, I highly suggest going through Michael. He truly is great all around!

  I worked with Mark when applying for my first mortgage. Mark was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process and always checked in to make sure I had everything I needed.   Worked with Mark for a mortgage for my first time home. He was always available for any questions I had, around the clock. I’ve heard horror stories about getting a mortgage and he made the process as simple and seamless as he could for me. He explained every little detail to me (especially for someone who was very clueless and relied on google search for all answers). I would absolutely 100% recommend him to anyone! not to mention he beat my first Pre-approval interest rate by almost a whole percent!

  Michael Hess was able to help my fiance and I purchase our home before our 20th birthdays. We are currently paying a great rate for a fantastic home. He made the buying process easy and we find it astonishing that we are paying much less than what the going rate for rent in our area is.   Mike Hess has helped us with 2 mortgages and 1 refi, even with my not so great credit history. I'll keep going back, each time the process is simple and efficient. Mike answers all our questions, even the dumb ones, and returns his VM's. The website is nice to use for document uploads and updates. Listen to Mike he knows what he is doing.
