  Our first experience with Weichert was a good one. the loan officer is detail oriented and available almost always. After we sold our existing home, my husband refinanced so he would mitigate some of the costs of the FHA loan that was required for him when he had two mortgages. I should have been suspicious when they told me to come to settlement of the refinance. Judy, the title clerk, without consent, changed the deed to the home and then tried to BS me into telling me it was for my benefit. I was not on the deed to the original purchase or the home loan. Then, they asked me to sign the mortgage but I'm not on the note. Here we were, completely blindsided and without counsel. I had to figure this out at home afterward. What I was signing is their right to foreclose on the home and that is why Judy changed the title. We will most likely refinance this loan with someone else due to this deceitful tactic.

Any questions or concerns that I had were answered right away even if I called or text them at odd hours of the day.
