I moved states and need to get my title transferred (Toyota is still on the title because I still have a loan with them). My previous state was able to send the title next business day to Toyota. How long will it take Toyota to send it to my new state? 8 weeks! Why so long? No one can tell me. Keep in mind, this is just mailing a paper copy of my title to my new state so I can register my car. Everyone at this company thinks 8 weeks is perfectly reasonable amount of time for this to occur (one woman said I might "get lucky" and have it happen in 4 weeks). Keep in mind, most states require you to register within 30-60 days of moving, so Toyota is just screwing everyone over by taking this long, besides it being absolutely batty to claim it takes this long to forward a piece of mail. When the DMV makes you look slow and inefficient, you know you have problems.

Been a customer for 12 years and NEVER been late on one payment!! Have had 5 cars with Toyota. I came in last week for an oil change only for them to attempt to offer me another car, I was reluctant but after driving the car and the Sales manager Nick assuring me my interest rate can drop down tremendously I agreed to trade my car in. Fast forward 6 days later the finance guy Eric called me and said no bank wanted to accept me and I need to bring the car back!! I was floored because I was out of town . I called Eric the next day to say give me til Monday which I was told to bring the car right now or I’m gonna lose my deposit. I had to cut my vacation short, lose money to come back to Toyota because of their mistake!! Toyota showed no remorse when I questioned what happened Eric blamed sales and sales blamed finance. Nick the sales manager was very unprofessional and was more annoyed with me and my boyfriend then to explain to us what happened!!! 12 years never late on a payment and 5 cars later!! I will NEVER do service with Shore Toyota or Toyota financial who currently has a class action law suit for charging Black and other minorities more interest for financing cars with them. Unbelievable how unprofessional they were to me after 12 years of being with them!!

I'm at a loss with the hoops that need jumped through to make a payment adding extra onto my principal. Any other large companies and even some small have made this type of transaction simple on their apps which allow me to set up the added amounts AND schedule automatic withdrawals but Toyota is super behind in this and it honestly makes me wants to switch my loan to a company that will make paying bills simpler. Thankfully most of their CSRs are very friendly but that is all I can say. I just was charged a late fee on my latest statement even though it says it was paid early. Turns out the last CSR applied my entire amount to just the principal so the fee was waved but that was after 20+ minutes on the phone trying to get it worked out. That all could have been avoided if they actually show you a breakdown on their confirmation e-mails and next month statements.

Get ready for rude, unprofessional attitude if you try to cancel extended coverage. It caught me off guard. I thought "This is an official Toyota employee talking to me?" They acted "nice" at the beginning of the call but it quickly devolved when it became obvious I wan't going to agree with their 10 reasons to keep the extra coverage. Toyota, Is this all you got? Acting rude to customers for a few extra dollars?

Would give negative review if I could. Been waiting over 10 weeks for a totaled vehicle check when my 2019 Toyota 4 Runner limited was deemed totaled. Still no answer on where my $4,600 dollars is. Worst customer service. Do not use Toyota Financial. I buy a lot of cars will never use Toyota Financial Services again.

Worst customer experience that I've ever had! I've been working to take over a lease for more than two months now. These folks plainly do not care about their customers at all. They have no methods and procedures for how they run and track their business. I will never have any business dealings with Toyota for the rest of my life. They left a horrible taste in my mouth.

Unbelievably bad customer service - trying to transfer the lease on my mother in law‘s car (she leased at least 5 Toyota’s from the same dealership over a period of almost 20 years) and unfortunately passed away a year into her last lease. Dealer (Mcdonough Toyota in Staunton VA) did nothing to help us when we went to talk to them and talking to Toyota Financial Services while tying to arrange lease transfer to an interested party told us (3 Months later) that we have to deal with the Toyota Probate group which only does paperwork by MAIL (?!) and said to expect the process to take 60 days! I’ve refinanced my house faster and online. Just incredible - avoid TFS!

Horrible. These people double charged me last month, refunded me the money finally after I called to complain, and now this month as I went to pay my bill they're saying my bill last month never went through. Even though they double charged me and I see clearly in my bank that they charged me and it went though. They cannot help me now I have to take time out of my day and go find a fax machine to correct their mistake. Never using them again.

Horrible customer service. Very rude!!! Called my work asking for a payment when I had already set up a payment plan. Will never do business with Toyota ever again. Spoke to Kayla (supervisor) and was not helpful and hung up on me.

I have had a good experience with Toyota Financial. They have given me payment extensions when I needed help due to medical bills.
