Amy K1Absolutely worst bank. I had taken out $300.00 out of my account from the ATM and never received my money. I immediately went into the branch and received absolutely no help. Teller was too busy looking at her cell phone. I was told that they cannot help me and handed me a phone number to call. Manager named Rose was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t even identify herself as the manager when I asked to speak to a manager. She did ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to help me. This experience has been an absolute nightmare. It has taken me hours to straighten this out and it’s still not over. My husband and I after 17 years with this bank, Provident, Sterling now Webster are going to another financial institution.

S D1Keep your money under your mattress! No acknowledgement upon arrival. For being a priority member, you would never know. As if 10:30 am, I have been here for 35 minutes this far. I don't even think they care!

Honore Mann3I would like to say I do appreciate the people who work here but think it’s severely understaffed. Have been using bank since it was provident and this location is always slow. Today it took a half an hour to deposit check using the drive through. I am on my way to work and left 20 minutes early to deposit and that still isn’t enough for this what should be very simple errand. Guess I’m going to be late. Ugh

Milagros Smith1Alwaysssss closed. Have to go to the Florida branch to get in person service. They have definitely used the "pandemic " excuse to their advantage. I don't know how they are even in business still. Just horrible.

Jeremy Gore1The automated system over the phone is horrible can't even set up a simple pin for a debit card l. Then when you try and get one of the ARABS on the phone it's "the automated system can do the let me transfer you " even after you explain its not working and before you can say anything you're transfered back to the same thing... horrible horrible horrible.. Hire some Americans please and ditched the automated

Temple Butler5I don’t usually write reviews on anything but I felt the need to because this was the best banking experience I’ve ever had. We had some business to handle after the passing of my grandmother and Stephanie Cushing took great care of us. She helped my brother and I for over an hour even offering us snacks because we were there for a while. She was very polite and even though it was a difficult process, she never seemed irritated or frustrated. I highly recommend this branch.

Carlos Rivera1Young man behind the teller working today seems to hate his job, asked if my baby had a mask. Clearly trying to enforce a law he has no idea about, babies do not require mask. Was rude and kept mumbling on. Never again. Very unprofessional, need customer service training.

Steven Baisley1This bank has horrible policies that are put in place to be able to get the maximum amount of money from customers through "fees" that are just one step up from fraud. No matter if its your fault or not if a company tried to take an electronic payment from your account and you don't have enough to cover it Sterling will NOT decline the payment They will give you enough money to pay the bill but once its paid they immediately take it back from the company they paid it to on your behalf then charge you a $36 fee for a "returned item" . Even though its just an electronic transaction and nobody has to even click the mouse or touch the keyboard and instead of just saying hey they don't have enough money so lets decline it they have it set up like a returned check so they can charge you $36. AWESOME POLICIES :) AND if you have a zero balance in your personal checking account they close the account down even if you have direct deposits going to the account. So when your direct deposit comes through it cant be deposited and you don't get your money. This all happened to me in the past week. STAY AWAY FROM STERLING!!! GO TO CHASE
