  I worked with mike, bryan, and karen out in spencerport and they worked with me and made sure that i drove off in a great car. The only thing i would suggest to any first-time buyer is to make sure you specify what you can put down and how much you can afford a month because they have to go thru banks to get an amount that is applicable to put down before moving forward with anything else. Other than that they were all great and they have awesome bathrooms and great coffee lol. I would totally recommend this place to anyone!

  So my father buys a vehicle 5 months ago 3 days later has to bring it back. The wipers stopped working fixed the issue 5 months later the wipers are not working again. So the lady says there is nothing they can do about it. Take your money though.

  Salesman was great but less then a year nothing but problems with car and warranty don't cover nothing inspect ur car before u buy cars are pure junk buyer beware.dont buy from here.safe ur money and buy froma real dealer

  Possibly the worst car dealership on this planet ! I bought my car and within a month 5 problems all major.Nobody would answer the phone or call me back finally I had to go there and they told me it would cost 2000$ to fix it .There cars are junk I’ve heard nothing but bad things about them worst car buying experience I’ve ever had . Stay far from away from there if you don’t want your life flipped up side down in a hurry

  Stay away from this dealership ! We bought a 2008 Trailblazer just past a month ago. Haven't even made 1st pymt on it. Service dept won't fix the wheel bearings & speed sensor bcz "it's not covered under the lemon law". Salesman Mike Donaghue says they should take care of it bcz we JUST bought it! Spent over $1000 getting it fixed somewhere else!!

  Hands down the worst customer service ever take my car to get fix with a 2 bumper 2 bumper warranty and still come home with the same problems terrible do not I repeat do not go here you will be disappointed facts
