  WOW!!! ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS WOW!! I found a deal where the seller wanted all cash and have a closing within 7 days. I searched high and low. Everyone promised 3-5 days closing but when you actually start to file documents and discuss further, turns out to be a 30 day process. A friend of mine recommended We Lend. When I called them and explained to them my situation and the urgency of my matter. They offered me a peace of mind and guaranteed me we will close in 7 days. Guess what?? They closed me in 6 days!!! Very professional, very attentive to every single detail. Definitely recommending them to all my investor friends. Thanks guys, we will definitely be doing a ton of business together!!

  It all started with an ad I saw of We Lend on my social media account I reached out to them about about a property I had purchased, Within days they had an appraiser come out and evaluate my property. They walked me through everything and i had my funds shortly after for my reno. Throughout my demo they even stopped by to make sure my job was being properly done ,they checked in periodically and gave me tips since they used to do fix and flips themselves. Fast track 10 months later and yesterday we closed and i sold my first property! Very grateful for these guys highly recommend, soild group of guys and i couldnt thank them enough!
