  5 Stars are not enough to describe the service I received from the pros at We Florida Financial. I would especially like to make a shout out to Nayara G. for her excellent communications and explaining the process of closing on a loans. Also I would like to mention Martin A. for his friendly service and hard work though the loan process. I felt like the team at We Florida Financial went the extra mile to assist me in my goals. Highly recommend and will defiantly work with them again for my next purchase.

  We Florida provided an aviation loan for me. Everywhere I turned companies were slow to respond and answer questions. I would get one question a day it seemed. When I re-financed with We Florida they answered the phone every time I called and responded quickly to every email. They were there to help when the rest of the world wasn't. The processes was quick and painless (as much as it depended upon them). The interest rate was great and I had no issues getting the requested funds. I really can't say enough good about them. The only bad thing I can think of is that they don't have any branches near me.

  I recently worked with a client's purchase of an aircraft and he financed it through We Florida Financial. Michael Simons and his aviation loan team were outstanding and were able to help my client navigate a few minor bumps in the process and did so with professionalism and great customer service. I was very impressed.

  Horrible service. In my opinion, this is the worst credit union on earth. I open an account online, unlocked my credit, and funded it was $25. Within a week or two they debited me the same $25 to a zero balance, calling the miscellaneous debit “initial funding”. This month they subtracted 2.50. The $2.50 is called account maintenance. Now I am an overdraft $2.50 for an account I never even activated at the branch in person. I would send a caveat to everyone in South Florida to remove or drop your account from the bank and move to a reputable credit union. In my humble opinion, this is a dangerous place to have your money

  Worst bank ever! I have a lease with them and you can not make a payment without excessive fees. They force you to have a savings account then charge you fees for statements that you can not turn off. the Web site was written by cavemen! And no one speaks English when you call.

  I have been a very happy customer of this credit union for the last 30+ years. I understand thru the reviews l am reading that they must be banking on a certain branch . I always use the Margate Branch , never a problem, the staff is very professional, friendly and helpful. Back in the before-covid days they used to greet you and have coffee and a seating area to unwind , however now times are different but l still feel that my money is well taken care of. I have even purchased 3 cars already from then and it is painless to know you don’t have to deal with the car dealer sales to get a good deal, they take care of everything for you and know about all hidden fees sometimes they charge you when purchasing a car that l would not know as a regular buyer. I would not change my credit union for a big bank even though they tried to offer me deals . I know my bank and l know their commitment to the customers I wish the reviews would include the branch you are dealing with because that could be the problem

  Absolutely the TRASHIEST banks around. Customer Service is well below par, no one can help you ever. And god forbid you ask them to call you back because you’ll NEVER get one! The online banking enrollment is a joke because I can use my account number to access my account on the phone and to pay my bill but somehow doesn’t exist when I try to enroll online so I can STOP paying an extra $8 for a convenience fee to pay over the phone. These people suck and I cannot wait to refinance with a BETTER lender.
