  Check with BSCU regarding an email I found suspicious. Spoke with Robert. He checked several areas and found it to be valid due to a change I made. He also helped solve a problem I was having checking for information. He took the time, with patience I might add, to solve my dilemma. Extremely pleasant encounter with BSCU.

  I had a great experience she answered all my questions she also made sure she cross reference with her manager regarding my business account I can definitely say I love the customer service with this company I had a representative by the name of Mercedes she was awesome

  Where do I begin. Kayla was simply amazing. My boyfriend was in a sticky situation and I was trying my best to help him and decided to contact BrightStar. Truly grateful that Kayla answered my call, she not only held my hand through the process, but she made sure my needs were met and I was completely satisfied.   I opened an account at this location almost two years ago over the internet. Since then I have come here three different times and there's been a 45-minute wait and I had to leave. Today for the first time I went thru the drive-thru and was met with an attitude and bad customer service. Don't waste your time here go to space coast credit Union.

  I love this bank. They are very helpful the associate Jackie was absolutely amazing she handled my issue quickly and she even went above and beyond to Make a note to contact me about my issue to ensure it was taken care of.

  Coved-19 is so frustrating with closures and appointments, especially when trying to send $ or sign contracts for other States. But today 5/8/20 Maria McKenna helped me with a wire transfer and went above and beyond when I couldn't even docu-sign my contract. She scanned the hard copy and sent for me also. Can't tell you how grateful I am for you Maria, you helped my life keep moving forward when everything else is standing still. Blessings
