  The staff is friendly and most of them are helpful. The only problem I have had with them is the loan department. It's pretty sad that you have to call them to find out the results of your loan, even tho they tell you that they will give you a call. Also the loan officers will not talk you about the loan, they have the person who answers the phone tell you what the out come of their decision is. I thought that was very unprofessional.

  Thanks for the compliment Dawn and for making us aware of your concern. Had you come into our branch to apply for the loan, you would have worked directly with a loan officer. Since this loan was done via phone/online, our member service representatives (MSR) handle the process. I spoke with the MSR you worked with and she had you on her list to call later in the day that you spoke to her. Our staff works hard daily and sometimes their plates are full. I apologize for the delay in hearing about the loan results and your comment may have us review how we handle loan applications that don't originate in our branch.

  I highly recommend Wayne Westland Federal Credit Union. Been in the community since 1954. WWFCU is member owned and the staff and management treat all with exceptional service. Better rates, better service, better join.

  Money hungry. If you are on social security they changed your account $5.00. Crocks is what they are. They said that they sent a email or a letter saying that they are doing this never got either one. I don't even have internet or cable but live by the library

  I have been with this credit union since the age of 6. I have never had any major issues with my account until recently, which is because I'm in the process of switching jobs. After talking with the bank about a credit card amount that was late and making smaller payments on it. The credit union then took the whole 17 dollars in my account that I had in my account so that I could get gas to go to work. Now I had to miss a day of work and won't be able to pay the bank my 150 I was planning on. After talking to literally 5 different people about this issue no one could help and instead all I got was a bunch of people who explained that I had to pay the bill (which I clearly know and was in the process of paying) one person told me they couldn't find who had drawn our the money, another told me it was an employee mistake amd the last told me that it was my fault. Needless to say don't waste your time going to this bank because they will screw you over just to get their late fees.

  Sorry to hear your having financial troubles due to switching jobs. However, when you get a credit card from any financial institution, you're essentially signing a contract that you promise to pay your bill - regardless of what's happening in your life. It's unfortunate you've been going through so many channels here to get your issue resolved with us.   They refuse to take care of their customers and will do anything in their power to make your life hell if you owe them a penny and they know the circumstances. I'll never come back. Melody also lies on her notes about what she talked to you about. Spent 5hrs talking to collections, now WWFCU is on here continuing to beg for money in front of everyone.

  Online experience is terrible. Mobile app is ages behind. But they charge you $35 the second your account goes under. I work for a living. And have several accounts with them. So if my account goes under $0.95, they charge $35 instead of email/calling/text. No grace. And they won’t pull from another account the <$1 you go over.

  The establishment showed us today that they are very helpful. They have earned a great review. Not a 5 star because their hours are not the greatest so beware of the closed date...nothing happens on this date. But the app is good.

  Been a member for nearly 20 years. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. Always make u feel that ur problem is the most important issue. I would recommend them over any of the big banks.
