  Jessy Santiago was absolutely fantastic!!! My wife and I recently moved to the PA and were searching for a bank that was local and personable. Jessy was extremely patient and kind, she took the time to answer all our questions and set up the services we needed. This has to be the finest banker we ever worked with! She is a consummate professional with an outstanding personality. We will be recommending Wayne bank to all of our friends because of Jessy and her team. Thanks Jessy!!!

  I just went to Wayne bank in marshals creek they refused to cash a check from my client cause I didn’t have and account!!! The funny part is it’s there bank that I got the check from the manager was rude and un professional

  Terrible business practices, miserable customer service. No one is friendly. If you have an issue branch managers don't even return your calls. I've been a patron for years and these last 4 have been the worst and they just keep getting worse and worse. Switching because they don't deserve to stay in business

  The level of customer service I have received at the Marshalls Creek location is second to none! They definitely go above and beyond for their customers!!

  By far the best customer service in any bank I have dealt with. THIS BANK GIVES YOU PERSONALIZED SERVICE, A LOT OF BANKS NEED TO COME LEARN FROM THEM!
