  Dishonest sales person. Tried to present a "fancy race exhaust" to me hiding a modification that should not have been done. Led me to believe the vehicle was not in an accident due to "fresh paint". The paint was fresh......so was the headlight....and the painters tape left behind by the painter. Moral of the story........not all girls are blind to a shady sales person. And don't be pushy!! I will keep my car with 326k over your lies!

  Hey Christina , sorry that you dealt with this situation we want to thank you for taking your time to write this review. Unfortunately we don’t always have any control of how the vehicles are bought and what the previous owner/ dealer / mechinic did to modify the vehicle. We can only do our best by applying the carfax to every vehicle show the history of the vehicle and lastly provide we did personally to it. 86 % of cars are 1 or two owner vehicles based on carfax reports and 77 % have not had any damages or accidents based on our carfax reports. We apologize if the sales man did not provide the report all of our reports are open to the public on our website at any given time. As far as body work goes some vehicles have had previous body work but that does not mean an accident occurred : can be previous minor damages we fixed or prior ownership fixed. If the salesman dropped the ball by looking more into it again we are sorry you went thru this. I would be more than happy to discuss further options with you and would also like know which salesperson this was so I can address that issue with them. I would also like to invite you back to our location to possible see if there is something else we can do and do proper disclosure on which ever vehicle finds your interest. We are a local business and work with local residents so any feedback to change your experience is very important to us. Have a wonderful day !

  Their customer service is horrible the girl at the front I believe her name is Samantha is no help, very nasty attitude, they literally just take your money and run, they said they changed the breaks on the vehicle I bought from them little do I know they did a very sloppy job they even put the wrong caliber on the wrong side, they had the left side on the right side and just twisted the hose and forced it on there, and when I called him because I had concerns about the vehicle they don’t even answer or just blocked me. I have pictures of all they’re sloppy work. I would not recommend this place take you money elsewhere.

  Thank you for taking the time out of your day to retrieve a review. We at AutoValleygroup strive to do our best. Auto valley group does not have on site mechanic or any garage abilities to fix any vehicle or have any specially location to do so. We work with Mavis / jack Williams or any other corporate auto service center in the area. Auto valley group has not been informed of any mechanical needs done to the vehicle written above if they were they would address it with the mechanical work order that you as the client requested and auto valley group as the merchant paid for. All vehicles have a warranty of 90 days at purchase if they are is anything that has to be completed auto valley group will do so. These images of “sloppy work” has nothing to do with auto valley group we do not have a mechanical station and all images would be and should be presented to the repair shop that the work was completed by. All written request / recites and work orders can be retrieved by auto valley group. We would of asked the client if we knew so to bring the vehicle to the service center for re evolution on the scope of work to be completed. If auto valley group is not aware of the incident or process how can they know about any issues that may have been in place. We ask you to please follow up with AutoValleygroup just as you took your time to write this review all issues and problems would of been resolved immediately. We are sorry for this inconvenience but communication would of been a better approach with the business and yourself. Feel free to stop in and discuss your matter we hope your enjoying your vehicle.

  On a Professional level, Auto Valley Group is always updating their cars! There’s always new inventory on the lot. I stop in or drive through the lot at least 2 times a month! Their website says it all, detailed images & a carfax tab. Perfect for quick research before heading to the lot.

  Wow I just couldn't believe the selection of car's and pickups and all at such low prices and all of the guys there are so friendly and the owner seems to be a really down to earth guy who was willing to work with me on the price and payment plan

  Very professional and pleasant staff...nice selection of cars... willingness to work with all types of credit... I recommend them highly....small business...but big business mentality...exceeds big businesses. Go there first!!!!!!

  So far so good. Leo and Donnell are nice guys Older cars will have issues.. buy a warranty, took my truck in had it less than a week and purrs like a kitten... Time will tell but so far so good..
