  I believe in banking with a home grown local bank, and Waukesha State Bank is an outstanding institution for our community. Everyone there at each branch has treated me with respect and graciously. When I walk into my Sussex branch I am greeted with a hello! I am not a number, I am a person there. I recently refinances my home and Every step of the process was clearly explained to me in terms that I understood. As I said, it is a people Bank, a community Bank. Thanks for being here!

  Wonderful customer service! I love that 'home town' feeling with this bank; the friendly, courteous, and professional employees make you feel like your the most important person walking through the door. Also giving a shout out to Joel Potter, the bank manager. There aren't enough stars to award this guy for his expertise, care and professional demeanor as well as his overall friendly and caring manner. The Sussex branch has it all, including Joel Potter!

  Joel Potter is honestly the best relationship manager I've had in many years of working with many different banks. He is always looking out for my best interest. Very great at making connections with people that can help my business. Highly recommend!

  I was very pleased with the speed and service of Joel Potter and Waukesha State Bank - Sussex branch. I went in looking for one specific product and was able to secure that, and also take advantage of another money saving opportunity that Joel suggested. If you are looking for a responsive Banking partner, I can't imagine being treated better than I was with Joel and Waukesha State

  We have been working with Waukesha state for a business loan and so we opened our business account with them. The Sussex location is the best!!! Every single person who works here has been efficient and pleasant to work with. I also really appreciate being addressed by name when I walk in and engaged in conversation, which is a huge difference from the bank I use for my personal accounts.

  Having moved to Waukesha State Bank with my personal and business banking i could not be happier. Waukesha State Bank (WSB) is very community focused and treats its customers with real success in mind. Folks there know me by name and they take extremely good care of me and my business. I cannot speak highly enough to the professionalism, product, and people at WSB.

  I think that a lot of banks in Sussex but this is got to be the most friendliest bank the people are all friendly with you mention your name as you walk in the door. Very impressive in that type of friendliness convinced me to bank there I moved my savings checking to the Waukesha state bank.

  Always great service at this branch. I recently contacted them to make changes to my business account and the manager Joel Potter had everything ready for me to sign the next day and I was in and out in under 10 minutes.

  I have banked with WSB for 30 years, the last ten at the Sussex location. I can highly recommend this branch and everyone of their employees as being friendly and competent. Highly recommended for anybody!
