  I needed to borrow a little cash. So I got a title loan. I filled out the short form online. Within the hour Steve called me, we set up a time for me to come into the office that day. I was in & out with a check in my hand in no time!! 🤑 My experience with Steve has been absolutely fantastic!! 🙂 I have read some bad reviews on here and from what I'm reading, If you all would make your payments on time (you even have a 10 day grace period!!) Or communicate with whom ever your loan officer is,& you wouldn't have the issue's you seem to be having. Communication is the way to resolve all issues. You can't hide and expect the problem to go away!

  This was my first time going through a finance company in order to purchase a vehicle. I met with owner, David Watson and he took a chance on me when most would have not. As someone who is working towards improving my overall credit score, he has given me the opportunity to prove myself! David is a no nonsense type of guy but that's what I like about him. He told me that he was not doing me a favor, that this was a two way street! I'm forever grateful. Thanks so much again. As long as you pay as promised, you will not have any problems. Front desk staff are courteous, whether in person or over the phone. Highly recommend giving them a try. Rates will be higher, but not as high as most places. That's just how it goes when you have less than perfect credit.

  Watson Finance has been sooooo good to me. And Steve Clark has been even better. I don’t think I would have been able to purchase my first car without the help of Steve. He’s very personable and understanding. Advice: Communicate with him and always keep your word and he will do what he can for you. Those stars definitely reflect the imagine and mission of this company.

  I am a repeat customer with Watson's. They work great with you! Easy and convenient process. Everyone I have came in contact with from there always has the best customer service! They do report to credit so it's a great way to build your credit! I recommend them to everyone!

  This was my first time using Watson, and I have to say, they’ve earned a lifetime customer. My father has been using them for years and he helped me get a loan through them even though my credit isn’t the best. I met with the man himself, David Watson. With his no nonsense attitude, willingness to work, and give you exactly what you need, I knew I was in good hands. From the receptionist to Mr. Watson himself, thank all of you!

  Watson has always been a blessing to my family! We work with Tony on all of our car needs and he is very professional and quick in the process. Even the ladies up front taking the payments are friendly!

  We decided to get a loan with Watson to help build credit! They didnt report to the credit bureaus regularly, had to call, stop by, and send emails proving no change before they reported many times during the 2year term. Paid the loan off 5 months ago & only found out they no longer do reporting after calling. Customers aren't kept up to date, communicaton is extremely poor.

  I had gotten myself into a title loan trap last year. The interest rates were too high and the monthly payments were just as bad. I met with Dennis and told him what I could afford to pay on a monthly basis. He paid off my title loan with the other company and reduced my payments by over half. Not only that, but they report to the credit bureau, which has helped to improve my credit rating. The team is extremely helpful and courteous. I have never had an issue with them.
