      I have used MANY banks in my years. Watertown Savings is by far the best bank in Metro West area. NEVER had a bad experience at any of the branches. For those of you who don't have an account with them but yet comment on their practices of customer service, review what your banks policies are, your banks have far more restrictions etc. Watertown Saving Bank is not one of the BIG banks but sure does have more to offer to their customers. :)

      I went to cash a check drawn from Watertown savings and they wouldn't cash it because I had a New Hampshire drivers license. They said you have to be a Massachusetts resident to cash a check. What a joke I have never heard of such a thing in my life !

      After taking cash out of their ATM and paying their $3 service fee, I then drove up to the teller window where I was told because I don't have an account there they couldn't exchange the $20 dollar bills I withdrew from their ATM into a larger bill. Perfect way to turn away future account holders. Thank you for showing me the type of business you are before I created an account.

      Today Sept 13, 2019 at around 4.15 Pm after getting a coffee in the store next to this Bank. In the plaza in what is located Market Basket in Waltham. I got a call and decided to Park in a Public Parking in front of the bank. A few minutes later 2 Police Vehicles stopped next to me and told me.someone.from the Bank report me as a suspicious. How can they call the police in someone just because stopped next to them. I am a Bussines Man. And also a Hispanic. Do they call because of that?. I have a nice car. My presence is decent. How they can do that with no reason.????. I do not have an account here Thanks God. And I never will. Is just ridiculous..and not fair. I never will reccomend this bank to nobody.
