  We've used Carol and her wonderful team for two mortgage now (initial mortgage and refi). They've been friendly, responsive, helpful, and easy to work with. After the mortgage was signed and done, they kept in contact and were extremely helpful with all further questions we had. I can't recommend then enough!

  Carol's knowledge of the industry and the market, as well as her guidance and responsiveness, helped us feel very much at ease during what can be a pretty stressful time. A few months before our anticipated close date, the Fed was considering its first of a series of interest rate hikes. Carol strongly encouraged us to lock in our rate as soon as possible. She also gave us options to keep those rates should we encounter any delays. Following Carol's recommendations saved us at least a whole percentage point on our 30-year mortgage. On top of that, Carol, Bonnie, and Brandon (our assigned Waterstone Loan Processor) are all kind, thoughtful, wonderful people and an absolute pleasure to work with. We'll be going back to Carol and her team for any mortgage needs in the future.

  Carol was great! We had a very complicated purchase situation with new problems almost every day for several months. Carol was patient, kind, and clear in her explanations throughout the whole process. She worked really hard to make it work for us. We would recommend her unequivocally to anyone - she was fabulous.

  Carol and her team were incredible in the refinancing process for myself and our family. They were very efficient, professional, communicative, and kind throughout the entire process.   Carol was wonderful through our entire loan process. I chose to work with her based on the reviews I had read and I was not disappointed. Our process was a difficult one with a new construction that was delayed by the builder several times but she was always there to answer my questions and reassure us that everything would work out. After 10 months of working with her by phone and email, the house was finally finished and she made it a point to stop in at our closing. She and her assistant, Miranda, went above and beyond for us and I highly recommend her!
