  My entire experience with Northeast Credit Union has completely changed once Greta stepped in and started helping me. I was getting extremely frustrated with my online banking and Greta reached out to me and did everything in her power to help me. She is just wonderful. I have since reached out to her for other banking needs and she has always got back to me very quickly and again.. did everything she could for me. She is nothing but pleasant to work with and is very knowledgeable about everything I have reached out to her for. She keeps me updated on the status of my needs and is very timely with responses. She has overall made me feel much better about banking here and I highly recommend her to anyone!

  Worst bank ever. I have my vehicle loan through here (worst mistake ever). TD Bank is my primary bank. You cant even speak to someone at a local branch. If you find the hidden number on other websites for the local banks they cant help you at all. I work at a hospital and there hours are HORRIBLE for anyone who works a full time. So they refer you to call the contact center but you dont get told that you will wait anywhere from 10-45 min all to be hungup on…. What a joke. I called 3 branches for help because I have spent all day calling the “contact center” but can not contact anyone. Very disappointed in how they treat customers.

  All my banking, mortgage, and personal / home equity loans are at NECU, and they are fantastic! Concord Assistant Branch Manager Fred Johnson helped me through the HELOC process and closing was a breeze. I've banked with large mega-banks, small banks, other credit unions and by far NECU is the best!

  I needed a loan for a used car and decided to go to NECU since I use them for my banking. I filled out the easy loan request online, submitted it, and within a short time, Fred Johnson reached out to guide me through the process. It was straightforward; he was accommodating, and responsive and within a few hours, I had the money deposited directly into my checking account. Who could ask for more? Thanks, NECU!

  I recently bought a Nissan Rogue and financed through Northeast Credit Union, I’m fairly busy working full time and own a convenience store. I called in because I was having trouble with the online portion and spoke with Jaclyn in the Concord branch. Jaclyn quickly took care of all my needs, setting up a checking account, automatic payment to my new car loan and a credit card.... taking my ALREADY low interest rate down by .30% Owning a business I am very in tune to with great customer service. Thank you Jaclyn and Northeast Credit Union !!!

  The friendly and knowledgeable staff at NECU helped me navigate a complicated account issue, and took the time to ensure that all of my questions were answered throughout. I could not have asked for a better experience than what I received. Five star service to be sure.

  Concord Office- Teller and manager nice, however Patty spoke with a demeaning tone. Patty was upset that she may have to do more work because I potentially needed to change dates on a closing. It was an “inconvenience for her to redo paperwork”....Northeast pays her a salary so do your job and don’t complain Patty! Also I had never done this closing transactions and she was terrible with guiding me. Her customer service skills are horrible. It’s too bad Northeast has low customer service standards.
