  This was by far the easiest experience in financing a home. Brooke and her team kept us up to date, reminded us when something new was on our portal and helped make it possible to close on time. I cannot recommend their services enough.

  They did great. Got me my house! Contacted me every week to touch base unless there was an issue then contacted me to come up with ways to fix whatever issue there was. Jesse was a huge hep.

  Jesse went above and beyond to help us move into a new home! Jesse was always quick to respond with any questions we had and thoroughly explained the details of the process. We even had a situation that was beyond our control arrise and Jesse stayed patient and available to us until it was settled! Great job and a big thank you to him and his team!

  I highly recommend Jesse and his team at Waterstone Mortgage if you are considering buying a house! As a first time home buyer I had lots of questions and was uncertain of many things, however they answered all my concerns and were very patient with me!   I wanted to take the time to Thank Charles Rogers at Waterstone Mortgage for his exceptional help with the purchase of my home. This was my first home purchase. Thanks to Charles this was a very smooth and easy process considering all the circumstances. I work 3 hours from where the home and Charles were. He went above and beyond his duties to make this happen for me. He made himself available after hours for me because of my hectic work schedule, corresponded with me via text as much as possible when necessary, helped me to pay off all my debt and got me the best rate available. I got an opportunity of a lifetime to become a debt free home owner thanks to Charles and his team! I will forever be greatful for the help and experience they provided!   I had a terrible experience while trying to finance my first home with my local bank. Nick saved the day and succeeded where my bank had failed. He made the process super simple and stayed in contact through the whole process, answering any questions I had along the way.   I could give 10 stars!! Jesse is a genius!! Never in a million years did I think I’d own a home like this. My first buy and Jesse did all the work with the lowest interest ever. He really had my best interest at heart. Amazing team!!! I’ve given his info to all my friends because they are still in shock as well!!!

  I had such a great experience with Waterstone, I was already recommending them to people while I was still in the process of finalizing my purchase. Jesse was available to answer any questions by phone, email, text, whatever, any time I came up with them. Even when he was on his family vacation! We closed on our house yesterday and although I never want to move again, I would go back to them in a heartbeat if I was going to.
