  Terrible customer service. We needed to do a wire transfer and they didn’t have a banker. A bank with no banker. What next. Told us to go to another branch. Yeah.

  I would give negative stars if I could. Worst customer service. The branch manager and his staff are incompetent. I have (had) six accounts with them and get monthly calls begging to invest with them. Unfortunately this branch makes the PNC look really bad. Such a shame the a few poor examples of "customer service" ruin a reputation for the entire company.

  I got my scholarship checks from YSU and they bank through PNC. I did not have a bank account so I needed to cash the check. They told me they needed 2 forms of identification, they said ID and Social Security card were not forms of identification. They said I could only give them a vehicle registration with my name on it, or a utility bill with my name on it, or something along those lines. Their employees were also very rude about it. I wont ever go back here and I tell everyone I know to stay away if they want to keep their sanity.

  Mitch was extremely professional. I had some issues with an account I started online. He sorted out everything very quickly and efficiently.

  Horrible, Lobby closed...it's like your money is held hostage. I think they should give everyone 50.00 for the all the problems. Why am I getting charged a maintenance fee monthly??

  Can't even handle a basic currency exchange. It's obvious no one around here travels anywhere. Held us up for an entire hour then told us "they didn't know how". Told us to go to the one on 422. Teach your employees how to do their job.

  Really great staff,im guessing some other people may have came at a bad time but for all the time I lived in Warren they were always kind to me when I came there to withdraw or ask banking questions (and people if you are kind to the staff and not being rude they will return your kindness in a heart beat)

  PNC is horrible. I had been with them for over 12 years and they totally messed up our mortgage app.
