  Shelah provided me the ultimate client experience being my Loan Originator. As a real-estate investor, she has helped me secure the right mortgage plan I needed to help make my deal come true. She is very informational and very helpful to make sure she provides you with the best road map possible to reach your goal. I promise she will not stop working for you until you have your keys.   While working full time, it’s very hard to find the time to do simple things like follow ups, etc,.. Yet Waterstone mortgage has been very helpful. Brandy was more than understanding and made the process a lot smoother and easier as a home buyer!

  John deliberately withheld pertinent information. From the beginning, I made him aware of the interest rate we were getting. He was very demeaning to me about the rate not being attainable. He kept insisting, to the point of borderline harassing, that he could beat it. He went as far as to call my real estate agent to persuade her that we needed to use him. What he didn’t make me aware of is the only way he could beat that rate is with mortgage points. He felt that that information wasn’t important to disclose until in contract. Buyer beware!!

  From the moment we met John, we knew that he understood our needs and would do whatever he could to help us reach our goal in purchasing our 1st home. He has by far gone above and beyond expectation and has been nothing but kind, helpful, and reassuring. He has gone out of his way to make us feel comfortable, and was always available day or night to answer any questions we had.
