  PRO: The women at the office are very nice and helpful; CON: the statements that you receive DO NOT give you your pay-off balance. The Statement tells you that it is not available online and that you must call the office, and they give you the phone number to call. The interest rate is also too high.

  Patty wasn't the most respectful as soon as I walked in. She didn't have the energy to treat me as a priority when I walked in, as it seemed I was the only customer in there. She had a sense of entitled to her and it definitely affects how I feel about this loan company. I got a loan somewhere else soon after. Thank you Patty for swaying me somewhere else and losing business for your company.

  Liars, thieves, and absolute worst customer service!!! Dont take any loans out at this place, you will regret it very soon!! I've paid everything on time, in full, and still got bent over a barrel!! The name should be changed to "One Main Loan Shark". They do not care about you, your family, or your financial situation. All they want to do is take as much of your hard earned money as fast as possible and leave you with even more financial hardship.

  Doesnt listen to requests to not be contacted via phone. Actual borderline telecom harrassment with the amount of calls despite the request to not be contacted.
