  Linda Williamson and her team are absolutely wonderful. Everything went smooth and was done in a timely manner. Linda has a vast knowledge of real estate and explains everything to a T.   Linda Williamson and her team worked with me through the loan process 3 times in 6 months! I was able to meet with her in person before this pandemic began. She guided me through the process at my own pace, making sure that I understood each step. Unfortunately, my first 2 offers fell through after the inspections revealed major repairs. Poor Linda!!! Finally, after working with my realtor, Sarah Laning, I was able to close on a home this week. Even though the virus made all of our interactions "virtual" the team was able to get the job done! I am so thankful for Linda's patience and knowledge when it came to this process. Make the call and Linda Williamson will take care of you! Thank you Linda and Waterstone Mortgage!

  Linda is the absolute best hands-down! She has helped me in my purchasing my first home and now second house from her and she’s been nothing but a pleasure to work with. If you’re at a point in your life where you’re tired of renting and don’t wanna feel stupid about going in and talking to somebody she’s the person to see! Linda the lender will leave you with all the info you need when buying your next home.

  My Husband and I weren't sure which credit union or mortgage company we wanted to go through in the Valley, but thankfully we were pointed towards Waterstone Mortgage. We were so impressed with Linda & her team. We met with her for an hour or so and felt like she did her absolute best to get us the best rates/options. The process was easy going forward as Linda and her team did all of the hard work behind the scenes. We closed on our home with zero hiccups & on the day we had said we would. Highly Recommend Linda and Waterstone Mortgage, they making buying a house easy. Edit*** Amazing to work with, but they literally sold our loan before we could even make our first mortgage payment. I'm sure this is industry standard.. but my Husband and I were super disappointed.

  Happy First Time Home Buyer! - Linda Williamson is incredible to work with. She explained every option, walked us through each step, answered all questions that we had. She and her team were just incredible. I've heard horror stories of buying homes (especially for the first time and with my husband owning his own traditional business, we thought it would be more challenging). We were so lucky to not have one moment of that worry!
