  Brynn was an amazing help throughout the whole home buying process! We were first home buyers and she made the process easy and smooth for us.   Tracie was absolutely amazing to work with! She made our home buying process so easy and we did not have to deal with anything. As first time homebuyers it is a little scary but Tracie was amazing! I would recommend her a million times, we are so lucky we got to work with her :)

  Brynn was amazing , she kept us updated along the way and made us feel at ease because buying a home is not easy! i didn’t think I was going to be able to purchase my own home and brynn made it happen. Definitely recommend her!

  Tracie Denny from WaterStone Mortgage company did a very good job with helping me buy a home for my family! It was a roller coaster ride but was able to get me into a very nice house. Mortgaging is not easy but Tracie did one hell of a job for me. I greatly appreciate doing business with her and I’m recommending her to my coworkers and family!   I highly recommend Brynn! I could go on and on! She is absolutely amazing! I'm so glad I had the opportunity to meet her and work with her. She literally went over & beyond for us. She made the process fun and as stress free as possible. I'm going to miss our texts/calls but I know I met myself a friend. You are in our life forever now lol. We are so satisifed & appreciative of Waterstone & of course Brynn 😊

  Brynn is wonderful to work with. She made the process smooth and our expectations were met. Any questions we may have had, she answered and she was available 7 days a week.
