      Until today I would have recommended this Credit Union, but no longer. I have been with this branch for 20+ years. I deposited a sizable check into savings and was informed that the funds would not be available for 10 days- even if the check cleared before that time, I would not be allowed to touch those funds. The manager said she doesn't have the time to provide the customer service of checking to see if checks cleared and releasing holds. They have never had problems with accepting funds from this same account in the past. UPDATE - The Manager, Carlos, did reach out to me. He explained their policy to me, and the reasons behind it. He listened to my concerns about how this policy could be very detrimental to some of their members. I suggested that a software update should be considered, and he said that he would suggest it. He was very helpful and I will continue to highly recommend this financial institution!

      I have been with this Credit Union for 16 years. The assistants have always given service above and beyond normal. They have helped in daily needs as well as in Loans, my purchases and and questions on billing in updates on apps.etc. All the customers that I know are very thankful for our credit union.
