  This bank deserves zero stars for customer service! No customer service on weekends so if you are locked out of online banking you have to wait until Monday! Then hold forever to get unlocked! How does an elderly person get help, they don't. Worst customer service I have received, and I would close the account as soon as possible!

  It seems like they NEVER Clean the ATM. The ATM screen is often dusty and dirty. 😳😞

  Very great customer service.. Went got a loan with no problem. Georgieanna was very helpful with all my questions. I'll keep going to this credit union. I recommend them to all my friends..

  This is not my credit union however my credit union allows me to make deposits here which I have been doing for years. A couple times I forgot my identification because I rode my bike there and they still let me make my deposits. I recently had my wallet stolen with my ID and my credit debit card and all the money was taken from my account. I tried to make a deposit at the DWP credit union branch in Granada Hills and they refused to take my deposit without an ID even though I had the receipt from the DMV saying I paid for another one which is being mailed to me. They refused to let me make a deposit to cover outstanding debts which will now bounce and I will be charged fees because they refused to let me make a deposit. If you don't have to go here don't .

  Every time I come in here there is one girl work the accounts. Always short staffed with long wait times. As I am writing this review is have been waiting just over an hour and counting. I regret visiting this branch. I really need to drive further to the other branch.

  Its a very hard thing to get payoff amount. Never again 😒..& the employee was pretty rude

  The manager and tellers don’t understand their systems or customer relations. Was unable to cash a simple work check.

  They been so good to me, got a loan that is fixing my credit I would really recommend them...everyone is so nice!!
