  One of the male bankers here ( beard and gelled hair ) has no etiquette. I come here quite often in which he helps me out everytime... it’s very important to treat customers with the same respect you’d want especially when in charge of money. Also, know your customers. This man acted like I wasn’t a US Bank customer after I repeated myself four times. There is also an appropriate way you call attention to customers and verify information.

  It's Ryan that will take care of everything for you no matter the wait. HE is the reason we go to that Ralph's for our Banking needs! IF he can't fix something he will do his best to help you understand how to fix something yourself. He gives you old fashioned caring service. He is MY go-to person.

  Bank is INSIDE the Ralph’s. You’ll be pleased it’s not an ATM machine, but an actual branch. I intend on going there often. Very close to my new home.

  I really like the tellers here! The hours are great. This is definitely the working man's bank. Thanks for being helpful and polite!

  I’m a huge US Bank fan but in all honesty AVOID this Vons branch. It truly sucks! No customer service interaction whatsoever. They don’t seem to care about good customer service. Teller #3 (no name tag) was very rude, she was very unprofessional. If I didn’t liked US Bank I would’ve close my US Bank products. Again don’t do any business at this location!

  My 5 star review is not for us bank but for Randy. I watched Randy handle every customer with so much respect and care no matter how difficult. Great guy!
