  A realtor friend of mine referred me to my loan officer, Conor. At the time I had two deals falling apart and WCP was actually able to save both of them.   We have used hard money lenders for several years, to which we found that at closing there are always changes to your bottom line. I did not experience this with Gunnar. It was fast, easy to access and I found the whole experience quite a refreshing change to the more invasive companies. When it comes to flipping, holding or wholesaling, everyone wants a piece of the pie, I found with this company that the attitude is they are on my team. If I am a success they are a success.   The pros at Washington Capital Properties were an essential partner in my investment strategy.   Very easy to negotiate. Clear and transparent instructions and details. Extremely friendly and personable and makes you feel like you are appreciated as a client. Patience galor with newbies!! Highly recommend especially to beginners. I would give them 10 stars! I greatly appreciate Gunnar Sevart, a Senior Sales Associate, for his efficiency and patience during the process.   I have closed 2 loans with WCP and the 3rd is in progress. They were able to close the first loan in less than 48hrs. I was referred the them by a seller who said they could not give me an extension on the contract because my lender was slow. I forwarded all my docs to them and in less than 24 hrs we closed on the loan. I am so please with their professionalism. Will always use them
