  Well, everything looks great. However, when I sign into my account, all I can see is my car loan but no way to access the actual bill to pay. Maybe because I signed up for automatic withdrawl from my other banking institution? But what if I want to pay more towards principle or interest? I can't seem to find the actual "Bill" to pay a monthly loan amount or set it up to notify me.

  These guys offered the best rate in the state by far for my auto loan. Their website is not very good though. Its tricky to make payments, we had to set up an ACH and it was a bit awkward but we got it to work. If we want to make changes to our payments its not very straightforward though. If you guys could make it so we can pay online from whatever financial institution we want, we would give you 5 stars for sure.

In addition to utilizing an ACH payment, we do have a couple other options available for making your loan payment. Within our online banking, members have the option to link an external account, allowing you to access that account when making a payment. We also offer an online tool called Quick Loan Pay, which allows you to make loan payments using a debit or credit card.   Their .99% car loan interest rate it's a scam so they can make you open an account with them or take your personal information and sell it. How else can you explain not getting approved to refinance 13k on a car thats worth 55k (according to their system) with a 730+ credit score? Refinancing my home last month was easier than this. Stick with the real CU's not these drive by's

  I used to love this credit union. That was before I needed anything beyond deposits and withdrawals. They have been nothing but a pain when I’ve needed to use shared branches. I thought I’d stay with them forever. They have really declined in service. Hey put a 9 day waiting period on a large check recently. Seriously. That check cleared long before they released the funds. The tellers are great but the managers are horrible. I’ll be closing my account the next time I go in.

  This credit union is wonderful! They took very good care of me. They responded quickly to every thing! The turn around time on my loan was very quick. There communication was almost instant to any question I had. Pam was truly a pro and I would recommend these people to anyone Dallas

  Clean, bright lobby. Fast and friendly service. Lots of parking. Restrooms available. Set up an account in record time. All questions including my dumb ones were professionally answered with a smile.

  Absolutely love this credit union and particularly this branch is super awesome. They offer free coin star if your a member and free shredding. Awesome perks always support nice and helpful
