  everybody i had contact with was courteous polite and informative. scott ordines worked with me well on getting the right price. they gave me the info on my options for prolonging the life of my truck by offering me the midtown motors warranty, which i did take advantage of. they gave me info on all the different companies that offer undercoating. my overall experience with them was exellent.

  The service was fantastic! I went to look at Ford Escapes and came out with an Edge instead. Tyler helped pick out a reliable car I feel safe in and within my price range. All the extra work the staff put in to make the car the best it can be was appreciated!

  This wasn’t a good experience..the car over heated and the first fix was 400 dollars...it did it again within a day we brought it back in a apparently it threw a different code..being the thermostat...it wasn’t like they gave us back out 400 dollars, and it cost us an additional 300 dollars. We decided to use dealers so that issues were fixed correctly, to avoid these issues at garages. Doesn’t seem to be the case anymore..

  Mark I'm sorry you had a less than favorable experience with our service department. We understand repairs are costly and that's why our service department has over a 90% fix it right the first time rate. In your case, the code that the vehicle was showing dictated that the vehicle needed the ECT sensor replaced which is the coolant sensor, which we replaced. The second code that your vehicle displayed for the thermostat wasn't present before or directly after the repair was made resulting in you having to bring back the vehicle. We are sorry that we couldn't diagnose it all in the first trip. Had the code been present we can assure you it would have been fixed right the first time. We do value your business Mark, and we hope to have another chance.

  I love my new 2017 Ford Escape! I feel that I got the best deal that I possibly could have gotten for a brand new car and love that Midtown Motors offers the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle at a discounted price utilizing the loaner program. The sales people were very helpful and informative regarding all of the various switches/knobs/controls included within the vehicle.

  Horrible, horrible experience buying from this dealership! We bought a Ford Escape from them in 2014. They lied to us over and over again! They told us the car we were buying was not in a previous wreck and then the day after we bought it we called them back and they admitted that it had been in a wreck and wouldn't give us our money back. They increased the price they wanted for the car the day we went in to buy it. They did a horrible job cleaning the car. We took it back to have them clean it again and they still left gunk in a couple areas that I had to clean myself. They told us they would look for another car for us since they lied to us about our car's history and of course they never found us another car. Worst experience of my life buying a car. Will never go back again and would not recommend anyone else going there!

  Customer Service - Scott Fisher made buying a car fun, and makes you want to keep going back. He talks with the man and the women, not just the man! At Midtown all the staff is friendly and they make you feel right from the moment you step in the door that you are welcomed and they want your business. Not only do I love my car, and my husband loves his truck but we brag up the dealership every chance we get to our friends and family and we have sent them to Midtown to buy their vehicles because of such great customer service, and great service after you purchase your vehicle.They will always be our dealer! Can't say enough good about them.

  Bought a 2013 Hyundai sonata from midtown. Unfortunately i did have a breakdown about a block from my house, but the staff was wonderful and even though i bought the car as is they still put me in a loaner for free and fixed my car with no labor cost whatsoever. I would definitely recommend Midtown Motors
