  Parker Ward… Hands Down Best Agent! Top Tier! Parker could not have done a better job for me and my fiancé during our buying process! He stayed in touch almost every day if not every other day. Kept us up to date and bent over backwards to ensure closing went smooth for us and 100% on time. Will not go through this process again without his help! My sister and mother were so impressed they are looking to use him in the upcoming future. Will recommend him to anyone and everyone regardless! Thank you again Parker!

  It’s been a pleasure to rent from this company. Their application process was organized, the resident portal makes it easy for rent payments, and while I was getting ready to leave, Tori helped and provided excellent service. I would thoroughly recommend them again!

  I could not leave a 0 star so this was the best I could do. They allowed a landlord to steal $400 from my family for "gas" that we never used in a house that we rented from them. We have the proof that the gas tank was never even filled before we even moved in to the house and they still sided with the landlord, Walter Church, who claims that we used all of the gas! When I called and tried to talk with them, I was placed on hold for over 30 minutes, then an office staff member informed me that after a certain amount of time the phone automatically "hangs up". Yes, after 30 minutes of waiting for my ORIGINAL rental agreement to be emailed to me (and I still have yet to receive it) I became "rude" to the staff. I DO NOT suggest any potential renters rent from this property or Walter Church. Me, my husband, and my 2 year old son lived in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom trailer with no central air or NO HEAT for 6 months and now they are refusing to refund our money because they need to "refill the gas" that WAS NEVER USED!! I have pictures to prove that we used an electric heater that we bought ourselves to provide heat for this house. Also, after we spoke with Tori (rental manager) and told her that we had the proof that the gas had not been filled, she then began to tell us that our "gracious" landlord could have also charged us for the kitchen floor and carpet cleaning that was apparently done, however, none of this was reported in the original final inspection & refund form (which I also have a copy of). So after we proved them wrong on the gas they then had complaints about the floors, again, which was not reported in the final inspection or the refund receipt that we received from the company. Also, the kitchen floor I am referring to is peel and stick fake wood flooring that both Walter and Tiffany (prior rental manager) agreed was not installed properly and would be “okay” if it was “messed” up. The only thing that messed up was the corners peeled back on some of the slabs (which was caused by heat from the oven).

  Mike helped get my family into our first home, and part of the time he did it while we lived across the state. When we weren’t in Austin to see properties, Mike would (often late at night or when it was raining outside) FaceTime us from the property and give us a virtual tour. When we were in town, he would take us to as many properties as we asked to see — all with a great attitude. It’s obvious that he is experienced with first-time home-buyers as he was extremely patient with us and held our hand throughout the process. Even with services that fell outside of his role as our realtor, Mike was more than willing to help. His kindness, hard-working spirit, and expertise in the Austin market made this whole experience enjoyable. Thank you from the Martinez family!

  Callie Walker-Greene has been so patient with my wife and I as we look for the perfect home for us. We have toured several homes with her--she always shows up prepared and has done her homework on every home we've been interested in. She lets us know when new homes that fit our criteria come on the market and has changed her schedule multiple times to accommodate ours. She is definitely who you want on your side when it comes to buying a home. I recommend her 100%!

  I rented from them on airport road there apartments where very nice and clean and all the other renters there were very nice and quite and ward was very easy to get your contract setup and you moved in quickly.and if you have any issue's they are quick to repair.
