  I have purchased watches from AD's, brand boutiques and online retailers and my recent experience with Want Your Watch rivals the best of the bunch. The watch I purchased was as exactly as presented on their website. Always a little apprehensive when dealing with an online retailer for the first time, but Sean made it easy and painless. I traded in watches and the value given was fair and without issue. They even shipped the watch "Next Day, Saturday Delivery" which is unheard of (generally second day/weekday). Sean provided real-time updates on the delivery status, i.e. I didn't need to use the FedEx tracking as Sean did that for me via text.   Want Your Watch is a great spot to buy a used timepiece. I bought a Yacht Master 1 from them and the watch was flawless. Chris and Sean were very helpful and on point with responding to texts and calls. I live in New York and the transaction was smoothly and professionally done. Shipping was within 1 day.   The owner Chris graciously and patiently held a watch for me. When it came it was in absolute mint condition. There was an issue with the warranty card. He gave me a bunch of fair and generous options to try to rectify the situation. He sent me back some cash as a sincere apology and extended my warranty for 5 years. He encouraged me to have the watch checked to make sure it was real. When I did the guy said it is 100% real and that I would not get it any cheaper. So I am thankful to Chris. He is a nice guy and a good communicator. Seeing how he handled the unforeseen turbulence would make me want to do business with him again and I can fully recommend that you do business with him as well.

  I went to look at watches with my husband at this store and it ended up being a great shopping trip! They have so much more then just watches. There was a wall of purses as well as ton of sunglasses. Very fair prices and nice staff. Hidden gem in Boca.

  I saw a Rolex Oysterquartz Day-Date on Chrono24 from this vendor. I went directly to their website and purchased it there. I got a receipt via email that said the order was processing and a sales rep would contact me. I then saw that the listing on Chrono24 went up by over $1,300.00. I finally contacted them and they told me that the watch was out of stock and shouldn't have been on their website. What BS! I don't understand what kind of cheap thrill someone would get out of this, but I'll take my business elsewhere.

  I purchased a watch from this seller via Chrono 24 as an escrow broker. Watch I received was malfunctioning from the moment I put it on, which was truly a shame as the watch was in immaculate condition. I reached out to the seller and said the watch is malfunctioning and he placated me by saying that his technical resource would reach out to me quickly to get a resolution. After that I saw a direct message on C24 that the watch was more than likely damage by x-ray scanner. Having felt patronized by this seller I calmly took a beat and reached out to a local high-end pawnbroker, Breitling corporate, and a GM of a luxury watch dealer. All of them said the damage the seller stated was near impossible and all of them said they had never seen nor heard of damage like that. I am aware that it is possible if you are exposed to electromagnetic interference for a prolonged I opted to return the watch within the 14 day. And unfortunately did not take pictures even though I was given assurances that the return would be no issue. This is what I get for trusting someone before they had earned any degree of respect from me. The seller received the watch requested mediation and told me the repairs will be $1500 because when he received it it was broken and damaged even though I was never allowed to see the pictures of said damage. So I’m stuck with $1000 bill after returning Watch and Chrono 24 renegotiating the repair cost. Chrono 24 still will not post the review which leads me to believe that there could some form of collusion, and this is purely speculative as I can only base my analysis on my viewpoint as the seller “want your watch “and C24 have not shared all damage photos with me

  Best by far I’ve dealt with .. bought my two tone rolex submariner .. and couldn’t be a happier customer .. bought it for a great price .. I shopped at many locations couldn’t find this particular model everywhere I went it was out of stock .. thank you guys for your great service
