  Honestly the best experience I’ve had working with a financial institution and in getting an auto loan. Super responsive, easy to work with, very understanding and helpful. Excellent rates as well. Will see them again for future financial needs and will recommend them to family and friends in the future too!

  The staff was very knowledgeable and went that extra mile for my husband I. they shared products available and was very attentive and professional and got everything approved and signed in a very fast pace. We Love Wanigas and If you want to be treated like family this is the credit union to join!

  Wanigas Credit Union is an amazing place to go for a loan and every day banking, I’ve been a member for several years and have had the pleasure to work with them for all of my vehicle loans and they are fast, friendly and professional! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a credit union to have for life! First one to help me was Andrea, and then Tiffany and both are great people and very helpful! I’m a lifer at wanigas because of everything they have done for me.

  I moved from Saginaw in 2011, but I still have all my financial services taken care of by Wanigas Credit Union in Saginaw, Mi. Kristin Zawacki, Shelly Skibinski, and Kay Fenwick are truly awesome. Although I live 12 hours away from home, your truly awesome staff, makes sure I am taken care of. Thanks so much for all the love from the customer service members of Wanigas Credit Union.   I recently got my mortgage through Wanigas. I live no where near Saginaw, but was recommend. Regardless of where I was from, I was treated like family. Kelly Jo has been nothing shy of amazing. I am so thankful that she helped me, without her I would have been lost through the whole process. She always returned my phone calls and emails promptly. She helped with any bumps in the road and was understanding when I was anxious and stressed about the process. I just want to say thank you for all you have done for me & for treating me so great, even when my realtor was nasty towards me. She deserves some recognition for her hard work and great customer service!

  I have never had to deal with so much paperwork and underlying issues with a bank in my life. Sure they have good interest rates, but they need to hire a new web developer to fix the complexity of navigating their website, they need to streamline their application/approval process/paperwork and all around make paying your bills easier before charging you more for late fees and fees for paying by phone? This is 2018, very few people mail in checks and paying by phone should be free LIKE EVERY OTHER BANK/CREDIT UNION.
