She ended not making a decision she wanted more to compare. With old dads assistance she held off making a decision ,she wanted more to compare. Cost, fuel, new or used. Wise move...

  The best so far! We've owned over 40 vehicles and dealing with car dealerships has been excruciating. It is always an all day affair. Not at Rogel!!! We were in and out. The most straight forward pricing and paperwork ever. I highly recommend.

  unfriendly not professional does not keep in touch keeps vehicle for days does not listen to what you want done only one person in service department helped takes days to get parts very bad experience will look for better service elsewhere only gave star for person who helped got car 9/12 was disrespected had car 2 and a half months never called I had to call them would never give reasons I am a senior citizen and disabled I was treated horribly. would not fix everything I asked would not fix recall before I pulled off lot knew car still having problems. Will never go back.I don't see how they are even in business if the treat all seniors this way.no apologies no nothing

  I had been waiting on a response from my credit union for two weeks on the loan I'd been trying to get for a car here. These guys held it for me no problem, always kept in touch with me. When I came in to get it I was treated like family. These people are wonderful to deal with. So so nice and caring.

  Rogel Ford is far and away the best dealer Ive ever dealt with. After wrestling around with the Jackson dealers we made the short drive to the dealership. A super experience, great pricing and very professional service from the sales department and the managers. Made us feel like a part of the family. We have since been back for service and recieved the same VIP treatment. Would highly recommend this dealer. Excellent!

  I have shopped around for some time looking on the computer and multiple other dealers so I knew this truck was a good deal. From the first contact by phone the staff at Rogel Ford were honest and so easy to work with. Zach Rogel and Coy Sheppard could not have been better. They both went above and beyond to provide the best customer service we have ever experienced. If you want to do business with a place where a hand shake still means something then Rogel Ford is for you. Oh and I could not be happier with my 2018 Cheverolet Silverado. I LOVE it.

  Bought my wife a new F150 sport today. Everybody that worked there was very nice and respectful wasnt pressured like most car lots and every question I had was answered with no problem. If your in the market for a Ford I highly reccomend checking them out.

  I purchased a 2006 Ford F-250. Paid $7400. As of today, 11/5/2018, it's been two weeks since I made the purchase. The check engine light popped on 2 days after purchasing the vehicle. Next, the fuel low light came on, and we went to the gas station, but it only took $43 worth of gas. Now we are talking about a diesel engine that normally takes $100+ worth of gas. Drove it another 100 miles, fuel low light again. Something is clearly wrong. Crack it up to go somewhere, and out of nowhere it is billowing thick, white smoke. Took it to a reputable diesel mechanic to discover that it had no coolant in it, the head gasket is busted, the pickup is dirty, the fuel injector is old the EGR Valve is bad. We now have to find $7300 to get a mechanic to fix all these issues. That's the same amount we paid for the vehicle in the first place. If they would have been honest about the condition of the vehicle, we wouldn't have written them a check. They cleared that check engine light and made it look like everything is fine. We worked very hard this summer to save enough money to purchase a service truck for our business. We are not rich, and now we have an inoperable vehicle. I am heartbroken, angry and disappointed that a business would take advantage of someone like this. They knew that vehicle had issues and they could have been honest but they were not. I called Rogel to get an understanding of what happened and get a history on the vehicle. He did say that he would provide a history, but there was no empathy, no apology, no nothing.

  I brought my Ford 250 diesel four-wheel-drive pick up truck to this place. I asked them to change the brake caliber on the driver side, also the brake shoes on both sides. They change the caliber but did not change the brake pads. I put 100 maybe 200 miles on the truck Since then. I just got through changing my brake pads they were metal to metal. This is the most worst dealership that I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I’m 54 years old. 🤮🤮🤮
