  My husband & I decided to check out a lending special that GW had going on. Only to find that in reality we really needed to make some other changes financially as on the backend we were being eaten alive by interest. Chrystal did an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING job getting us taken care of! She was quick & explained everything in terms we understood. At a time of what we considered a little bit scary (due to making so many changes at once) her REALISTIC reassurance of what good this was doing for us now & in the future was heart felt, understanding, & flat out AMAZING!

  I love the no fee banking that I get with Great Wyoming FCU. With the previous bank I had an account with, I had to pay for all sorts of fees for deposits, withdraws, and everything else, but with Greater Wyoming it's free because I'm a member. They also provided better rates on their CD's than other banks I looked at.

  We reached out to Raelene Allen regarding rates and terms on a personal loan. At OUR convenience, we scheduled a loan officer to call us. From the moment she called, I knew we were in good hands.   This place is absolutely horrible.. they keep your money from you and make you pay to use it... if you ever try to leave they charge you for that too.. the mobile app will for sure lock you out of your account. The staff doesn’t care. Just your basic 9-5 crew. Best advice to stay clear of this institution. Loyal member 2+ years.

  I closed my account months ago because of an issue with my statement. Today, I requested copies of the last year's statements. They want $49 to research the request and $2 per page. I'll find another way to dig up the info .. Thank you ... NOT!
