  Michelle was AMAZING. My husband and I are first time homebuyers and the whole process was so daunting until we met with Michelle. She made it all so easy. She was communicative (responded to emails/texts within seconds), knowledgeable (answered any question we had, even the weird ones), supportive (talked us through it when our nerves were kicking in), and - most importantly - genuine. She wasn't pushy and she would point out potential issues with houses that we would not have even thought of. It really felt like Michelle was on our team.   I've used enough realtor team before and they set a standard that I believed was the norm. When preparing to sell my condo, the realtor team that I was going to use said I could only sell my condo for 250k. They were rude, didn't listen to my suggestions or thoughts and were cold and firm. I found a amazing house on my own that I wanted more info on and cold contacted the representative realtor Michelle Wallace. She was very responsive and kind. She wanted to come check out my property. After doing her walk through she said I could easily get 270k for my condo or even more. I ended up using her services instead and I'm very happy I did. She was much much more helpful, nicer and more quick to respond. She made the entire process very simple and less stressful. She was even more professional than the other team. She worked with me through every step of the way. She blew my expectations of customer service out of the water! She ended up selling my condo for 20k over asking which was 40k over what the other team said I would get. I was amazed by the great job her and her vendors did to prepare and advertise my condo.
