Barbara Mueller5We recently purchased our GMC Terrain from Wallace. Our salesman Anthony Borges was very professional and knew exactly what we wanted. We were treated with respect. Anthony was friendly and knew how to make our car buying experience a positive one. Once we made our decision, Anthony put us in great hands with his manager Stephen Goldberg. Another very positive experience. We felt we were in control of our experience. Anthony followed up and kept all of his promises in more than a timely manor. We traded two SUV's in and thought that would be difficult. Both Anthony and Stephen made this task easy. We are very pleased with their professional manor, with no pushing. We will return to Wallace in the future. It should be noted, I bought a Lincoln Mark 8 in 1999 from Wallace and had a great experience then as well. This says a great deal about their customer service. If you are looking for an easy car buying experience without the sales pitch others give, give Wallace a try. It's been 3 weeks and we are so happy with our Terrain! Thank you Wallace!

Jim Carbone1This is the email I wrote to my sales person. Ricardo I must say I am truly disgusted on how I was treated at Wallace. Before the sale and after the sale. 1 - The vehicle was delivered dirty in my book.....windows not even cleaned inside. The bed liner was not even washed out! Attention to detail was not a concern with Wallace Engine compartment dirty and dusty. You did not even do a delivery inspection with my wife. I can tell you Wallace will get ZERO service dollars from me and I will never purchase another vehicle with Wallace. This text will be followed up with a negative review online! My 8yrs old trade was cleaner than this new purchase. Customer NO service from Wallace Chevrolet. If I could cancel the sale I would!

Jennifer J5I recently purchased a car from this dealership last Thursday and I love it! I originally scheduled my appointment with Ben for Saturday but ended up going Thursday and met Becky S who helped me soooo much! Her and her manager were so patient with me, it took me awhile to get insurance because the rates was so high due to me being involved in an accident a few months ago but she sat there and made phone calls while I was making calls to different insurances to get a quote! She even gave me advice to refinance my car once my credit go up. The two things that added the icing to the cake is how Ben (the other salesperson) texted me and wished me the best of luck on my new vehicle, I visited so many dealerships where salespersons fight over customers so I didn’t expect him to be so nice that I closed the deal with someone else. Lastly, two days ago Becky texted me to make sure that I’m enjoying my vehicle! Most places don’t care, once they make that sell they no longer care about customers. I’m so happy to have come across this dealership on car gurus. Even though I don’t have the best credit, I have an amazing 2014 vehicle with wonderful features and payment under $300!

GlendaH5Best customer experience I ever had with a dealer. Mr. Joe is an excellent salesman, very polite and responsive but not insistent. No pressure to buy, much different and much better than other near by dealers in Fort Pierce.

Raffi Arman5Buying a car can truly be a stressful experience. Im happy to say that we had no headaches or stress with this experience. My fiance and I were treated like family at Wallace Chevrolet. John assisted us in the process and made it easy. He was not pushy, yet catered to anything we requested. We had just stopped by this dealership spur of moment while on the way to another one where we had an appointment (oops), but honestly, we were so comfortable with john that we didn't want to go anywhere else. When finishing paperwork , manager Ben pushed to get us a better financing rate and several times came back with better news on bringing our payments down. Thank you. We opted for extended warranty as well due to what these guys saved us. We truly appreciate what they did for us and our family and really did make it a great experience and hassle free. Jonathan N5I like doing the Wallace for a repairs. I know they're more expensive than a regular garage but I know it's done right. If there's any problems I can go back they are reputable. And another thing are the part I can come to Chevrolet and know I'm buying original Chevrolet Delco parts not those aftermarket cheap ones everybody else sells. So I'll pay a little bit more but at least I'm getting a very good product.
