  Joe handles my car, home, and business insurance and has made the transition (about 4 years ago) very smooth. He's very detail oriented, yet explained everything so it's easy to understand. I call Joe more often than your average consumer because of bonding and insurance for every city we work in. Joe and Gina have been great with all my requests.

  I have been a customer for something like 15 years and during that time my circumstances and home/auto insurance needs have changed quite a bit. Every time I call Wagner (no kidding, every time), they respond quickly and accurately and in terms I can understand. I'm not usually a five-star kind of fellow, but Wagner gets all five with no hesitation!

  A Appreciate that I always speak with a person (not recorded prompts) when contacting the office during business hours. Very efficient with requests for any service...example: added credit union as lien holder on home insurance policy within an hour of contact.
