      Leslie and her staff did a very poor job of trying to get me a home loan. Pretty much ghosted me. Always act in a hurry like I was just a number and had very poor communication.

      Called in with a problem and Justin was able to help me out quickly. I appreciate his friendly personality and his empathy for what I was going through. They had to take my request to a manager and it was approved and I just appreciate working with a great bank like this!
