  Had to drive down to Omak from Canada to take care of my late mom's account. Ramon Martinez and all the team from this branch were amazing. They were not only careful, conscientious, and kind, but they were also fun and personable. Truly exceptional service.

  I love my bank, and all the workers there in the Omak Branch are very good at what they do. Soon as I walk in the door, somebody always says hi and calls me by name, that makes it even better that they remember my name and are always so glad to help. Thank you Chase Bank employees, I love your curtosy and your 110% service. I recommend this bank to anyone in search of a new bank. JP Chase Morgan is by far thee best place to bank and the Omak Branch has an awesome team of employees. Keep up the good service and Thanks for all that you do for me and all my banking needs.

  I like this bank and what they offer through their checking account options. They are much more suitable to use when travelling and more protective of the customer in overdraft fee charges than North Cascades Bank.

  Went in during business hours, no other customers in sight. Was told I can’t be helped (just had a quick question) and to come back in 4 hours. As I left you could see the staff laughing and standing idly doing nothing. Cool
