  We first switched to Washington Federal out of convenience but are so glad we did. Ann, in particular, has always provided customer assistance with a smile, genuine desire to help the customer, and conscientiousness in seeing things through and that they are seen through correctly. While always professional, she provides the type of service that makes you feel you're dealing with a trusted friend who cares and not some faceless banker or a conglomerate. It's a personal touch that really does make a difference.

  The crew at the Jerome WaFed are the absolute best! Ann Lope went above and beyond the call of duty recently. I was trying to consolidate all my parents bank accounts and Ann even walked us down the street to another bank and helped us get done what needed to be done. The rest of the crew are also so friendly and helpful too!

  We’ve been banking with Washington federal for over 10 years and every time we go to the Jerome branch we are treated like Family and my kids love seeing Marty.
