  The absolute best bank and branch you could ask for. The ladies here extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Whenever there is a problem or issue they are fast and precise in resolving the matter. The Manager Rico runs a fantastic branch and you could not ask for a better team to take care of your banking needs.

  I own a collateral loan company here in Boise and had a business emergency this morning. I needed a large amount of cash on very short notice to loan a customer, and on a Friday no less. Jeff & Kelsey got it approved and put together in record time, and gave me fantastic customer service. You guys are the best! JT, Boise Buy & Sell

  Every time I go into the bank they always greet me with smiles and treat me like family! They are alway willing to help with whatever I need and answer my questions so I am able to understand. They all are very professional and officiant. They always make me feel comfortable, I absolutely love going into my bank!

  So I stopped by to break a 100 dollar bill, (I'm not a member mind you) because due to a nation wide shortage on change nobody would accept a small payment from $100. Anyway I stopped by this branch to see if they'd break it...since that's what literally everyone is saying to do and they denied me service. What the hell? Isn't the bank the place you go for money assistance? Way to not support your local people in a time of a crisis Washington Federal Bank. Two thumbs down.
