  Usually empty so it's my go-to place in order to avoid long wait times. The staff is friendly and professional. They were willing to assist me with the necessary documentation during my home purchase.

  Tried to get a refi thorough WAFD with Lynda Neff and had a very miserable experience. I spent over a month and a half working with this bank only to have them pull a "oh never mind" two weeks before closing after hundreds of dollars and countless hours of mine had been wasted. They will say what you want to hear to get you in the door but after that it's anyone's guess.

  I would of given this bank a 4 star. However, I rush home from work to go to my back to pull out all of my cash to pay rent. I pull up to to window at 4:59 pm and apologize for being last minute and ask for what I need. "Um we can't do that we're already closed and logged off" I ask "why would you log off if you're still open?" Then she begins to roll her eyes and me. So I tell her I need his done because if I don't pay rent, I get late fees, and all that nonsense. She says nothing. So I asked if she's new because all the other ladies are ALWAYS so nice and I expressed how rude she was being. And then proceeded to call me rude... sorry lady but I'm a customer and im stressed out right now. Show some sort of customer service ... Rita was my teller and I don't expect her to get fired I just want it to be brought to managements attentions that she lacks customer service. Sorry to keep you 5 minutes late. Very very disappointed. I will drive the extra 30 minutes out of my way to avoid this location ever again.

  The new branch manager Linda, and her staff are very professional, nice, and helpful, always with a smile on their faces. Their mortgage rates and easy of processing can't be beat, I highly recommend them.

  Lynda Neff went above and beyond to help me with my loan.. amazing customer service would recommend the Glendale brach of Washington Federal to anyone.
