  Just became a new member my relationship specialist Paula Leks was fantastic. Not only was she helpful and explained everything regarding my membership she made my daughter and I feel at ease. From the moment we walked in we felt welcomed the security guard was very friendly and I absolutely love the artwork displayed on the walls. Customer service at its best. Looking forward to having a good business relationship.

  I have financed 4 autos and my home with VyStar and I have never met a nicer group of people. I work with Joel Gaffney and he is the best. Takes time to listen and does his best to take excellent care of me and my wife. They are the best!

  Everyone is so welcoming and quick to help you with whatever you need. Felt like a guest..not just a customer. Joel Gaffney is amazing. Very knowledgeable and eager to help in anyway he could. Very happy I switched my account over. Service is just next level.

  I have lived in Palm Coast for over 30 years and have been with the same bank. I was actually looking to change for various reasons but thought I would need to research first. It seems as though you Vstar have an issue with customer service and being in the business of customer care, your ratings don't sit well with me. Hopefully, you Vstar will take the time to train your tellers and managers on care, quality, and diversity. I will check in again to see if they've been any improvements.

  I have had my debit card hacked 5 times in less than a month. The employee was rude a physically abusive. I explained i had chronic disease so he intentionally made it take twice a as long. I had to get another employee to complete my reason for being there. I wound up pooping driving home because he made a 5 minute visit take 35 minutes.

  I have always been very pleased with the service I receive at Vystar in Palm Coast. I don't ever do teller transactions but Kelly Wright has helped me with several loans and accounts and she is a true asset to this company. It is always easy to do business with her and she is always professional and friendly.
