  The drive thru service is appalling. It's the only bank branch on the planet where they expect you to call when you arrive at the vacuum transport for a checking transaction. I'm used to the usual employee engagement, like "Hi! How can I help?" and so forth. They also had no transaction forms available to fill out when I needed it. I had to insistently request so. VyStar in general is great, but this branch is terrible. I'm going to go out of my way to my mother branch on Beach Blvd in Jacksonville from now on.

  PSA- Drive Thru breach I go through the drive thru as i always do at the beach Blvd location and today i used the Atlantic location. While the interaction was good and the wait was not long the attendant sent my transaction to another individual. I here the guy next to me call in and address said attendant in regards to the money he got back that he didn't request and knew it was my money & records from my transactions. Now instead of the attendant addressing the fact that shemade a mistake and simply apologizing she just acted like it didn't happen and sent it to my lane with not 1 word in regards to the mistake. We all make mistakes; however lack of acknowledgment of her mistake will ensure i never go to this location again & i strongly urge everyone else to drive a few min further to the one by Lowe's & save yourself the possible breach in your account security.

  Worst bank ever from all categories. They are not friendly and their online and mobile banking is the worst I have ever seen.

  On May 25th I received a call from "Michelle" who stated she was calling from the Collection Department of Vystar. She was rude and did not properly explain the reason for her call. I told her I was going to check my accounts and told her not to call again. When I logged in to check my account I was blocked from doing so. I went to this Vystar believing they would straighten it out. No one would speak to me because of a Cease and Desist which they said I requested by telling Michelle not to call me again and I would have to write a letter to take it off??? The manager did tell me the call was a "courtesy" call because I was 10 days late on my credit card. My brother and I were just dumbfounded, but luckily I had the money to pay off the credit card, but still have a loan I am paying off, so I have to keep my account open because I am unable to pay it off at this time. I did try again at a different branch and got nowhere. So insulting and upsetting I put it on hold, but have an attorney friend who banks at Vystar and will be going to go in the bank with me because he cannot believe it. I am also a certified paralegal and find this entire situation bizarre and possibly not legal to lock me out of my account without prior notice. Again, I am very lucky I had the money and another account with Publix Credit Union up the street. I have always had excellent credit.......

  I find the females tend to over step the professionalism ... I didn't believe requesting a service members personal number and email address ( that is already in the system) not to use later on their off hours. I "thought" a bank is for the safety of our money not a dating service. Boy what was I thinking.... I will not return to this bank. I will go as far as putting a letter out to my chain of command to share with the rest of my brothers and sisters serving to give a heads up how this branch thinks our money is in the hands of a dating service.

  This is a WONDERFUL branch! Definitely my favorite in the city! The employees were all extremely helpful and solved all my issues in a timely fashion. I will be returning to this branch for their excellent customer service.

  I must say that I am completely satisfied with my recent visit to this branch. Not only were they quick in getting me in and outta there, they also provided EXCELLENT customer service at the hands of Ms. Brianna who was professional professional PROFESSIONAL!!!! 5 STARS!!!

  I really like Vystar Credit Union and I realized there is no entitie that will always receive A ratings from everyone that's just not going to happen. I also respect people sharing their experiences with Vystar. I have learned that everyday is different sometimes I've been in line waiting more than I liked but I knew going in that the line could be long so I never go in when I'm in a hurry. The comments about drive-thur I agree100% I stopped years ago going through drive-thur. Vystar please do better in that area. I'm hoping with the remodeling that some areas will improve. But at the bend of the day Vystar had been good to me and for me.

  I like the fact that I get my direct depot a day before I get paid, that it. The customer service needs to be reviewed. they double charged me and I had to file a dispute for the banks mistake. this is not the first time I have had issues.When I call for help they speak to you with no respect.
