  I've been a customer for a little over a month and this bank has not ever given me a problem at all I honestly have dealt with different banks owning a business and this bank right here is the most hassle free! Hands down I just happen to keep getting help from Ms. Arssieney (yes it took me about 4 visits to get her name right, but it took her 1 time to make me a very happy customer) thank you to the whole team. I will always recommend this bank to everyone!

  Today I was very pleased to speak with a customer service agent who made the long phone wait worth it all. A sincere "Thank You" goes to the agent named Arssieney and she deserves more than just five stars. She was very courteous, thorough, and knowledgeable about the credit union policies, procedures, and services. She informed and educated me in very easy-to-understand terms regarding procedures that could be carried out to remedy/correct unauthorized charges to my bank account. Vystar would benefit greatly if more customer service agents modeled Arssieney.

  I very rarely leave "reviews" but I have to take a minute to recognize an employee who has gone above and beyond for my husband and I. Arssieney Ferraro of the Sanford, Florida Vystar Branch has far exceeded my expectations for customer service. We had some issues because we were doing two vehicle loans at one time and one of the loans kept "falling through the cracks". Arssieney followed up to every phone call and every email and even though the fault was not hers, she took it upon herself to do whatever she could to get everything straightened out. Arssieney is very professional and I highly recommend asking for her by name if you need any help. Good customer service seems to be a thing of the past these days but she really delivered!
