  Angie was the most efficient and extremely responsive during our refinance process. She got us all set up in two days from start to finish without us having to even go into the branch. It was extremely convenient and seamless! Thanks Angie!! We are now saving so much money!

  Took my brother to set up his account today. When I tell you Christina R made the experience one to remember! I’ve never had more fun handling business than when we were with her! She explained everything thoroughly first & foremost. Cracked a couple jokes with us secondly. Overall she was a true Gem & a great addition to the VCU family. Thanks again Christina!

  Nothing like shutting down your current system before the new one is ready to go. Don't even get me started on the new tellers do everything model. Now I get to stand in line while a teller takes a loan application for a loan that may or may not get approved. Not a business friendly bank anymore. Epic fail lately , I would love to know how many members have left in the last 6 months vs new members gained .

  There are no words to express how irritated I am with Vystar Credit Union. I said to my self when the Software Storm hit and they couldn't get it together, that it is just going to be a headache to change banks!! Well this storm is not going to stop!! I'm quitting Vystar. My Direct Deposits to go in on time and waiting over 1 hour for customer support!!! I give up I'm done!!

  Inconceivable INCOMPETENCE with their Online Banking system. Which has been down for TWO WEEKS and counting. VyStar will need a lot of Shill/Fake five star reviews to keep them afloat !
