  I had an amazing experience from start to finish. When I applied for a mortgage loan I wasn't quite ready to be approved. Mr. Smith pointed me in the right direction and I was later approved. The closing process was great and I closed in 30 days. Excellent company and staff. I recommend everyone to them.

  In my opinion you guys pulled off a miracle. You recovered my file from another lender who had 45 days to close and told me just days before closing that they couldn’t do it. I was referred to Lisa by Aaron Lange of Globalwide Realty. She immediately went through my file with a fine tooth comb. She and her assistant Daisy were fully focused on my file and I closed on my house in 9 days! The communication was great, when they had a question they contacted me right away. I was never in the dark, they explained the process fully and clearly since this was my first house that was important to me. They made the whole process smooth and stress free! I love my new home ...these 2 ladies changed my life in 9 days!!! There are no words to convey my gratitude to them! 5 stars are not enough!!

  Lisa and Daisy exceptional work getting myself approved and through underwriting in record time (20 days from offer to close) That was better than I could ever expect especially with me being self employed (allot more paperwork). Lisa advised me every step of the way and was reachable by text and phone in minutes. I had originally received a pre approval letter from my current mortgage company Mr. Cooper (what a ridiculous name change from Nationstar Mortgage) That company would not return phone calls on a timely manner and were very vague. I had a few concerns and by the time it was all said and done Lisa even got me the best rate available at that time. Both Lisa and Daisy wer fantastic and I certainly would not hesitate to recommend to anyone that was looking for financing. If I could give them 10 stars I would. Great Job Ladies !!!!!!!
