  A great lender is an extremely important part of a real estate investor's team, and I am so happy that VP Capital Lending and Alvie are on my team. Alvie is always there to answer my calls and emails quickly. In May 2021 I called Alvie while at the closing table and he personally ensured the loan made it across the finish line. He saved that deal for me.
