  I wanted to refinance my home to lower my monthly payment and also pay off a few other items that had a high APR. Alex was absolutely amazing from beginning to end! He helped explain my options for monthly payments, APR, and how the entire process worked. The transaction coordinator Chris took over and she was amazing at keeping in touch with me every step of the way! I am saving over $500 a month just by refinancing! I highly recommend Von Mortgage!

  Excellent experience. We got a preapproval then had to wait a long time to actually purchase the property. Alex kept the original info so we didn’t have to resubmit. Easy to upload documents and to see what was needed next. Questions always thoroughly and promptly answered. Great rate!

  Truly a royal experience! Alex and staff were phenomenal during our refinance. Alex walked us through several different finance scenario's, answered all of our questions, and ultimately came up with one that best fit our growing family. Just so happens he shaved nearly 2% off of our previous interest rate and put a little extra cash in our pockets during the process(which came in handy as we welcomed our firstborn in October). He is genuine. He cares about you and your family like it's his own and that is hard to find in business these days. We are incredibly grateful that we found Von Mortgage.
